    After great feedback from a number of our CTDS members, we're excited to announce a clinic with Anne Gribbons. This clinic is open to all levels of riders and horses.


    These clinics will be exclusively for CTDS members. A maximum of 8 participant sessions per day.


    Priority will be given to those participants with two or more sessions with Anne.


    ANNE GRIBBONS – Anne Gribbons is a native of Sweden who has been active in dressage in the United States since the 1970s. She has trained and shown seventeen of her own horses to Grand Prix, nine of which were United States Equestrian Team long listed. A number of her current and former students have competed at the FEI levels, and several have schooled and shown their own horses to Grand Prix with her help. In 2001 Lesley Eden, a long time student of Anne’s, was the Individual Gold Medalist at the North American Young Riders Championships. Since 2014 Laura Graves who spent over three years in training with Anne, has been a member of three Championship USEF dressage teams.

    From 2009 to 2012, Anne was the USEF Technical Advisor and coach for dressage. During her tenure the USA earned two individual medals in the 2010 World Equestrian Games and qualified for the 2012 Olympics.  In the Pan American Games in 2011, the United States won the team gold medal and swept all three individual medals.  In the London 2012 Olympics, the United States finished in sixth position with all the U.S. riders scoring over 70% for the first time.

    Anne Gribbons was a member of the USET PSG-Intermediaries squad at the North American Championships in 1985 and the World Championships in 1986. In 1993 she spent a year on the European show circuit, competing in Dusseldorf, Schoten, Beek, Falsterbo and Aachen. She finished seventh in the 1994 World Championship Trials on Leonardo II, who was also invited to the US World Cup League Finals in the same year. In 1995 she was a member of the Pan American Silver Medal Team on Metallic, whom she schooled and showed to Grand Prix. Metallic, ridden by Robert Dover, was on the Atlanta Olympic Bronze Medal Team and was the 1996 USDF Grand Prix horse of the year.

    Anne Gribbons was a member of the FEI Dressage Committee from 2010 through 2013 and North American Representative to the FEI World Cup Committee 1994 – 1997, served for ten years on the US Equestrian Federation (formerly AHSA) Board of Directors, was a long time member of the USEF High Performance Dressage Committee and is member of the USET National Advisory Board. She is a past chair of the Athletes Advisory Council of the USDF, was a member of the USEF Technical Dressage Committee and the past Chairman of the USEF Active Athletes Committee for Dressage. She served as Chef D’equipe for US riders at the 2003 World Cup Finals in Gothenburg, Sweden.

    Mrs. Gribbons is a licensed USEF Senior judge and an FEI 5* Judge. She has officiated at numerous CDI’s, Olympic and PanAm trials in the United States. She has judged four World Cup Finals, Three European Championsh

    In 2006, Anne was named “Horseman of the Year” by the Chronicle of the Horse.ips and was the head of the ground jury at the Tryon World Equestrian Games in Tryon , NC 2018.

    In 2013, she was inducted to the USDF Hall of Fame.

    In 2018, she received the Walter B. Devereux Trophy for the USEF Sportsmanship award.

    Anne Gribbons is a sought-after and productive clinician who teaches throughout the United States and in other countries the world over.

Anyone on site affirms that they do not have an elevated temperature, COVID -19 symptoms, and have not had contact with individuals who are known or suspected to have COVID-19.


    You are responsible for bringing a copy of your current Coggins test (within the last 12 months) to the show. It will need to be available for the facility to see if they request it.

    Williamson County Expo staff will be checking temperatures and having each participant complete an online COVID questionnaire upon arrival at the facility. A bracelet will be provided to demonstrate compliance - DO NOT LOSE THE BRACELET.
