A few helpful tips before proceeding
- Have a current Coggins in electronic format (PDF, jpg for example) that you can email after you submit your entry. Your entry will not be processed without current Coggins.
- Have all your verification cards saved on your computer for upload. If you do not have them use this link Verification to obtain them.
- Simplest way to save Coggins and Verification cards is to scan OR, using a camera phone, take a picture and email to yourself. Save image on your computer for future emails.
- Have the prize list handy for any questions you might have.
- Please note: If you are on dial-up, satellite, mobile device or any type of slow connection speed device, your browser could time out. The reason for the error is the time it takes your internet connection to upload your Coggins. Please email your files to ctdsdressage_dcdb@sendtodropbox.com ASAP, your entry is not complete until it's received.
- IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PAY BY CHECK, please mail to: Central Texas Dressage Society, 409 Upper Elgin River Rd,
Elgin, TX 78621
- Class fees:
- Intro-4th, Opportunity, Equitation & Rider Classes $40
- FEI, Freeystyle, Materiale & Para Equestrian Classes $45
- Pas de Deux per person per level $25
Please consider volunteering! These shows take a tremendous amount of time, planing and hard work to put together. A few hours of your time would be a tremendous help. As a "Thank you" from CTDS to those able to volunteer for an extended period of time (4-8 hrs during the show), lunch will be provided.
****VERY IMPORTANT****
(That means reading this is a REALLY good idea.)
CTDS is trying to make entries faster and easier not only for you but for show management. We offer the online format as a way to minimize mistakes. It can be hard to decipher handwriting. Doing the online entry also means you are emailed a copy of your entry for verification or receipt, this is sent to you right after submission, no delays.
If you are not comfortable paying by credit card we do offer the option of sending a check. ONLINE ENTRY IS REQUIRED with either form of payment.
Please be aware your check must be received with in 3 days from entry submission date.
