It is a lovely facility with great food. Our menu for the evening includes the following entree options: spinach and artichoke stuffed chicken with basil cream sauce or spinach and ricotta stuffed shells w/roasted garlic cream sauce. The side dishes are tossed salad, rice pilaf, balsamic marinated grilled zucchini and squash Provencal, and a couple of different homemade pie options for dessert.
We are already getting wonderful items for our fund raising silent auction. We are still accepting donations. We are also having a “Battle of the Barns” gift baskets. The barn’s gift basket that raises the most money will receive a full page thank you in our Bluebonnet show program along with a website link for a year. This is a great opportunity for all of your clients(or boarders) to pitch in and make a wonderful barn gift basket.
